How do I set my Primary Relationship Type?
When you tap on a Stage, Cloze automatically also sets your default Segment.
Within Cloze you will find many ways to organize your relationships. Cloze includes two primary types of Segments: Business Segments and Personal Segments.
In the below example the contact is classified as a Potential Customer. Customer is the Business Segment and Potential is the Stage.
Customer is the Primary Relationship Type (or default Segment).
When you tap on Potential, Customer is also set to save you time. We recommend setting your most frequently used Segment as the Primary Relationship Type.
You can adjust your Default Segment by following the steps below.
1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Settings
3.) Scroll down to the Customizations section and tap on People and Companies to expand the section.
4.) Scroll down to the Primary Relationship Type section.
