How do I add an anniversary date custom field?

Note: Anniversary date Custom Fields are available in the Gold and Platinum Plans.

Get reminded of important dates with custom anniversary date fields.

Anniversary date Custom Fields are a great way to keep track of annual renewals, contract dates, wedding anniversaries, and other important dates that happen on an annual basis. 

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to create an anniversary date Custom Field. 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on

2.) Tap on Settings 

3.) Scroll down to the Customizations section and tap on Custom Fields to expand the section. 

5.) Along the top of the screen tap on the Add button and then select Field. 


6.) Then name your field and select and select the Date Data Type from the dropdown.

In this example, we have selected "Date" for a new field called "Policy Renewal". 

7.) Select the Cloze tab where you would like your new field to appear.

In this example, the "Policy Renewal" field will appear on profiles in the People tab, but not appear in the Companies and Deals tabs. Tap on Company, People, or Deals (or Projects, Cases, Sales, etc...) to make your selection. 

8.) Next, you can select the Segments and Stages where you would like your new Custom Field to appear. Tap on the funnel icon to make your selection. 

9.) Tap on the Anniversary dropdown to set when you will be reminded.

Pick a reminder:

  • No Reminder
  • Day of Anniversary
  • A Week Before
  • 2 Weeks Before
  • A Month Before
  • 2 Months Before
  • 3 Months Before

10.) Enable a template for your anniversary Custom Field (optional). 


11.) Tap on Save when you are done.
