How to install iTunes

Note: If iTunes is not already installed, the Cloze Call and Text Sync App will automatically install iTunes when you set up the app for the first time. 

Rather than installing iTunes as a separate step, we recommend following these instructions on your Windows PC instead.

Follow these instructions to install iTunes on your Windows PC.

iTunes is required to use the Cloze Call and Text Sync App on your Windows PC. Please follow the instructions below to install iTunes. 

Download iTunes

Go to: https://www.apple.com/itunes/

Double-click on the downloaded iTunes64Setup.exe file to install it.

Follow the steps to install iTunes. 

Follow the installation process to install iTunes. You may be prompted to reboot your computer. Once iTunes has been installed you can try to sync your iPhone again. 

➜ Once iTunes is installed and launched, you can close it.

And then return to the Cloze Call and Text Sync App for iOS Windows PC instructions to continue with the setup.
