How do I connect Calendly to Cloze?

With your calendar connected to Cloze, every meeting is automatically logged to the timeline of the attendees, and you'll see your meetings on the Cloze Agenda. When you connect Calendly to Cloze, it is easy to add your scheduling link to Cloze templates and your Cloze email signature.
Once connected, you'll see a new Smart Link Snippet in Cloze for Calendly meeting booking. You can add this snippet to your signature or to templates.
- Tap on Insert (plus icon) in the lower right while composing an email.
- Select Snippet.
- Select Calendly Link.

To connect your Calendly account to Cloze, please follow the instructions below.
1.) Navigate to Cloze settings by tapping on More and selecting Settings.
Mobile:
- Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
- Select Settings.
On your computer:
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Settings.
2.) Scroll down and tap on Connected Accounts to expand the section.
3.) Tap on the Add button and select Productivity and Messaging.
- Tap on the Add button.
- Select Productivity and Messaging.
4.) Select Calendly.
5.) Sign in if needed and tap on the "Connect to Calendly" button to connect your Calendly account to Cloze:
6.) Tap on the gear icon button next to Calendly to set your default Event Type.
7.) Adjust your Calendly settings as needed.
In Calendly settings, you can adjust your default Event Type, the number of bookings allowed per email, and the default Smart Link Snippet label text.
- Event Type - set your default Event Type.
- Booking - set Only One (single use booking link), One Per Recipient (single use booking link per recipient), or Unlimited (if you don't wish to limit bookings)
- Default label - The text inserted when you add a Calendly snippet. Note that if you can highlight any text when inserting the Calendly snippet
8.) Tap on the Update button when you have finished adjusting your Calendly settings.
