How do I adjust my delegated access settings?
A delegate may be granted access to view and change your Cloze account, just as you do. You can fine-tune their ability to read your communications to protect your privacy (i.e. hiding all communications and notes) while performing activities like sending emails on your behalf to audiences you specify. You can adjust a delegate's settings or remove them at any time.
To Remove or Edit what a delegate can do:
1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and select "Settings".
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Settings.
2.) Under My Account tap on the gear icon next to the delegate you wish to edit.
3.) To remove access or make changes:
- To remove delegate access: Tap on "Remove"
- To make changes to the delegate's access: Use the toggles to make changes and then tap on "Delegate" to save your changes.
There are two types of access:
Limited Access
- Send on your behalf - Send emails from you to specific audiences
- Export your contacts - Export contacts for specific audiences
- Audiences - Select the specific audience to whom you are granting access (Learn how to create an audience here.)
Account Access
- Access and change your account - View, change, and send to your contacts
- Read a subset - Read campaign mail and mail merges
- Read everything - Read all your communication and notes
- Both accounts are mine - Remove connected accounts and adjust your timezone automatically
