How do I set a custom field to always show when filtering?

Cloze includes several types of Custom Fields that you can use to customize your Cloze account. By default, you can filter a custom field after you have selected the associate Stage and Segment. 

If you have a specific custom field you wish to filter, regardless of the Stage and Segment you can enable this in the settings for each custom field.

In the example below, the custom field called "Lead Source" has been enabled as a filter.

How to enable "always show when filtering" on a Custom Field

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to enable "always show when filtering" on Custom Field. 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com. 

2.) Tap on Settings

3.) Scroll down to the Customizations section and tap on Custom Fields to expand the section. 

4.) Tap on the gear icon next to the section where you wish to add Custom Fields. You can create and edit Custom Fields for People, Companies, and Deals (or Properties, Projects, Cases, Sales etc...).

5.) Tap on the gear next to the field you wish to edit.  

6.) Next to Filtering, enable "Always show when filtering". 

Optionally you can enable "Allow Kanban to group by this".

Once enabled you will see the custom field (in this example "Lead Source") has been enabled as a filter.
