How do I export a home address spreadsheet?

You can add a household name to contacts when multiple people are located at the same postal mailing address.

Cloze includes a field called "Household" for each person that is used when generating labels for postal mail. If two people have the same address and same household name Cloze only exports one address label (removing the duplicate).

You can also export a spreadsheet that includes just the first names, the household name, and the home address. 

1. Select your contacts:
   1. Search for or filter the contacts you want to export.
   2. Tap the checkmarks next to contacts to select them, or
   3. Tap the checkmark at the top to select all.

2. Bulks Actions
   1. Tap on the large checkmark in the lower right to open the Bulk Actions menu.
   2. Select Export.

3. Choose your export option:
   1. Export table columns or a full export
   2. Export Addresses and Labels

Your spreadsheet or labels will download.

The spreadsheet includes the key fields used when creating postal mail labels.
