How do I sync Cloze Contacts to Xpressdocs?
Once your brokerage has been set up, you can sync Cloze audience contacts to Xpressdocs. You can then use your Cloze contacts in Xpressdocs for mailings.
Getting Started Tips
1.) Only complete addresses are imported into Xpressdocs.
Each address must include:
- Street Address
- City
- State
- ZIP Code / Postal Code
2.) Set postal addresses as Preferred for contacts with multiple addresses
If a single contact has multiple postal addresses in Cloze you can set one as Preferred. The Preferred contact will sync with Xpressdocs.
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to set a postal address as Preferred.
How to import Cloze contacts into Xpressdocs
1.) Sign into your Xpressdocs account.
Note: It is common to see Xpressdocs available on your Intranet (or some other internal location) and accessible via Single Sign On (SSO). If your brokerage offers SSO simply click on the Xpressdocs option and proceed to step 2 below.
- Navigate to https://www.xpressdocs.com
- Tap on Log In
- Enter your credentials
- Tap on the log in button
2.) Navigate to your Address Book.
- Tap on your account menu.
- Select Address Book.
3.) Import your Cloze contacts.
- Tap on Import CRM List.
- Select the Cloze Audience you wish to import.
- Tap on the Begin Import button.
Tap on the blue checkmark next to each Cloze audience you wish to import.
Your Cloze contacts will be imported. While they import you will see this screen:
When the import completes you'll see the updated contacts.
The Address List table will show the newly imported Cloze Audiences.
- The updated Quantity for each Cloze Audience
- The Created Date for the audience in Xpressdocs
Select the imported Cloze audiences when you order your mailing.
- Exclude duplicate addresses
- Select the Cloze audiences to include
