How do I Create a Buyer Tour with Canva and Cloze?

A buyer tour is a set of properties you'll be visiting. In Cloze, you can build a route with details for each stop. You start by selecting a few properties for the tour, and we recommend choosing ones that are close together.
Create a Buyer Tour from a Subject Property
1.) On the Properties tab, tap on a property to select it.
2.) Tap on the Market button beneath the name of the property and then tap on Create Presentation.
3.) Tap on Buyer Tour.
4.) Cloze will search for similar properties.
You can use the filters at the top to refine these results even more.
5.) Select properties you want to add to the tour by tapping on the checkmarks (a). After you have selected all properties you want to include, tap on Next (b).
6.) Update Properties:
- When you are starting with a subject property, it will be listed first.
- Optimize your driving route: The drive will start from the first property in the list.
- Reorder: Drag and drop to change the order of the properties.
- Remove Properties: Remove a property from the list.
- When you're ready, tap on Next.
7.) Tap on a template to select it.
8.) Add or update the names of the contacts for whom you are creating the tour. Then tap on Next.
9.) Select which pages you will include. Then tap on Create.
Once created, you can view the tour in Canva.
Create a Buyer Tour by Searching for Properties
1.) On the Properties tab, you will start by selecting properties.
If you're in the map view, you can draw a boundary and then use filters to narrow the criteria.
If you're in the Table View, search for the property using the address or the MLS ID in the search bar.
2.) Select properties by tapping the checkmarks.
3.) Tap the large checkmark in the bottom right and select Create Presentation.
4.) Tap on Buyer Tour.
5.) Update Properties:
- Optimize your driving route: The drive will start from the first property in the list.
- Reorder: Drag and drop to change the order of the properties.
- Remove Properties: Remove a property from the list.
- When you're ready, tap on Next.
6.) Tap on a template to select it.
7.) Add the name of the contact for whom you are creating the tour. Then tap on Next.

Once created, you can view the tour in Canva.
