What is Cloze Ads?

Cloze Ads lets you promote your listing by putting it in front of likely buyers on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other ad platforms. Interested people send their details through a form inside the ad, and the lead goes straight to you. You launch it from the listing in just a few clicks.

How it works

You can set up your whole ad right from your listing, without ever leaving Cloze.

• Pick a package on your listing and review and tweak the ad Cloze Ads automatically builds from it.
• Pay by credit card. Meta (and/or the other platforms you pick) reviews the ad, then it runs for the dates you chose.
• People near your listing see the ad on Facebook and Instagram.
• When someone submits the form, you get their details by email.

Packages and prices

Every package runs on both Facebook and Instagram. A longer package shows the ad to more people, which usually brings in more leads. More packages will be offered soon.

You pay for each ad separately, by credit card, when you check out. Ad charges are not part of your Cloze subscription.

Which listings can I advertise?

You can run Cloze Ads on a listing that is:

• In your own Cloze account
• In the Active stage (for sale)
• Has at least one photo

Tip: If Market with Cloze Ads doesn't appear on a listing, check the above bullets first.

Where do my leads go?

Each time someone submits the lead form, you get an email right away. The email includes:

• Who: their name, email, and phone number
• What they said: their answers to the form questions, such as When are you looking to move?
• Where from: the listing and the package the lead came from
• Results: a View campaign button that opens the campaign page, where you see the ad's reach and results

Note: Leads currently arrive by email. Soon, leads will flow directly into Cloze automatically.
