ActivePipe and Cloze Overview
Cloze is integrated with ActivePipe to sync contacts to ActivePipe. You will organize once in Cloze and then this organization syncs to ActivePipe so that you can send newsletters and other mass communications. Sending activity in ActivePipe is logged back to the timeline in Cloze.
Only one Cloze account can be connected to an ActivePipe account. In order for a contact to sync with ActivePipe, that contact must have an email address listed in Cloze. If a contact has multiple email addresses in Cloze, Cloze will sync the email address marked as "preferred".
Tip: Please contact ActivePipe at support@activepipe.com and ask them to enable Cloze for you.
