RealScout and Cloze Overview
Cloze is integrated with RealScout to sync contacts and listing activity from RealScout to Cloze. With your RealScout account connected to Cloze, you will see a unified timeline view of your client activity—all of your calls, texts, emails, meetings, notes, and more combined with your client's RealScout activity including their saved listings, viewed listings, email alerts, and more.
RealScout Contacts ➜ Cloze
Active RealScout clients will automatically sync into Cloze:
- Contact details like their name, email address, and phone number are synced to Cloze.
- Contacts are classified with the Cloze Lead (or Warm) Stage and Buyer Segment.
- The Cloze Lead Source field is set to RealScout.
Cloze Contacts ➜ RealScout
RealScout will automatically import Cloze contacts that have the #realscout tag:
- Contact details like their name, email address, postal address, and phone number are synced to RealScout.
- Cloze buyer profile information is synced to RealScout.
- Cloze tags are also synced to RealScout
- The Cloze Lead Source field is set to RealScout.
RealScout Activity ➜ Cloze timeline
As your clients browse properties on RealScout their activity is automatically synced to their contact timeline in Cloze. The Cloze timeline is updated automatically with RealScout client activity:
- Viewed listings
- Saved listings
- Email alerts (Listing Alerts, Market Activity Alerts, Home Value Alerts)
Getting Started with RealScout and Cloze
Before you connect your RealScout agent account to your Cloze account, we recommend that you sign in to both Cloze and RealScout on your web browser.
