How do I view Courted Watchlists in Cloze?
Note: This feature is currently in beta. Please reach out to your Cloze or Courted program team leader to enable this integration.
Agents from Courted watchlists automatically sync into Cloze, tagged with the corresponding watchlist name. Simply add an agent to a Courted Watchlist, and they’ll appear in Cloze automatically.
Cloze applies a tag automatically that includes the watchlist name. The tag will always have the prefix "#courted" to make it easy to find your Courted Watchlists. For example, a watchlist called "Recruitment" in Courted will use the tag #courted-recruitment in Cloze.
In this example, the candidate has been added to two watch lists:
- Tap on the Add to Watchlist icon.
- Review the Watchlists the agents is currently on or tap the checkbox next to the Watchlist to make changes.
In Cloze, this person will have two tags — one for each Courted Watchlist, so you can easily find anyone on either Watchlist. Following this example, Cloze added two tags:
- #courted-mercer-island
- #courted-recruitment
View a Courted Watchlist in Cloze
1.) Navigate to the people section and select your view.
- Navigate to the People section of Cloze.
- Optional: Tap on My People and select your audience. If you are working as a team, you may want to select your team audience to see the candidates your team is also recruiting.
- Select your view.
Cloze offers several views you can use when viewing contacts. The table view is especially helpful if you want a compact view with many columns of data (you can customize the columns as well).
2.) Enter #courted and you will see the tags associated with each Courted Watchlist.
- As you type #courted, you'll see your Courted Watchlist tags.
- Select the tag of the Watchlist you wish to view.
After you select a tag only the contacts from that watchlist will be visible.
