How do I add a BombBomb video to a template?

With your BombBomb account connected to Cloze, you can record and send video messages via email and text. BombBomb videos can also be added to Cloze email and text templates. 

Please see below for instructions on how to add a BombBomb video to a Cloze:

  • Email template
  • Text template

The first time you use BombBomb and Cloze you will be prompted to allow access to your Camera and Microphone by your browser. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. 

Add a BombBomb video to a Cloze email template

Tap on the insert icon and then select "BombBomb Video".

Follow the instructions to create a new Personal email or Marketing email or Snippet template.

While creating or editing your template you can add a BombBomb video. Cloze is integrated with your BombBomb video library so any previously recorded video can be easily interested into a template. 

a. Indicates a Personal Email template.

Record a new video message or select a previously recorded BombBomb video. 

Record a new video:

Note: The first time you use BombBomb and Cloze you will be prompted to allow access to your Camera and Microphone by your browser:

1.) Tap on the red record button to record your video message.

2.) Tap on the Embed button to insert the video. 

  • Animate Preview - enable to display an animated video preview image in the Cloze email. 
  • Center Preview - enable to center the video preview image in the Cloze email.
  • Fallback text - this text will be visible if images are disabled for the recipient. 

3.) Save your template.

Select a previously recorded video:

Search (a) for an existing video or scroll down (b) to select an existing video and then repeat the previous steps.

Tap on the text icon and then select "Text a BombBomb Video".

Follow the instructions to create a new Text message template.

Record a new video:

1.) Tap on "Record a New Video" to record your video message. 

2.) Tap on the red record button to record your video message.

3.) Save your template.
