How do I connect Microsoft Office 365 to Cloze?

When you connect your Microsoft Office 365 account to Cloze several Office services are connected at once. 

• Office 365 Outlook email
  • You can send, receive, and reply to Office 365 emails from Cloze. Or if you would like you can use your own email app -- in either case Cloze will automatically keep track of your email conversations for you.
    
  • Cloze includes many business-grade email features including email open tracking, templates, automated follow-up, mail merge, A.I. reminders, and more. 
• Office 365 Outlook Contacts (aka People)
  • Syncs your Office 365 contacts into Cloze. 
  • Optionally can sync contacts from Cloze back to Office 365 Contacts
• Office 365 Outlook Calendar
  • Syncs your Outlook Calendar meetings to Cloze.
  • With your calendar connected to Cloze, every meeting is automatically logged to the timeline of the attendees and you'll see your meetings on the Cloze Agenda. 
• OneNote
  
  • With your OneNote account connected, Cloze will link your OneNote notes to contacts automatically.
  • Log meeting and call notes in OneNote from Cloze
  • Save emails and attachments to OneNote
  • Create a new note with OneNote from Cloze
• OneDrive
  
  • With your OneDrive account connected to Cloze and you will automatically see your OneDrive files in the Person, Company, or Project (Property or Deal) tab called Files.

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com. 

2.) Tap on Settings. 

3.) Tap on Connected Accounts to expand the section and then tap on the "Add" button.

Tap on your email service and repeat this step for each email service you wish to connect. 

Select your account (if you are already signed in) or sign in as needed to authorize the connection.
