SkySlope Forms and Cloze Overview
SkySlope Forms is tightly integrated into Cloze, so working with forms feels like part of the same experience rather than a separate step. Instead of sending you to another system’s home screen, Cloze helps take you directly to the right form and brings key information with you, so you can get started faster.
When you tap Transact, you will see up to four actions, depending on the type of record you are viewing. These options help you move directly into the right forms task from the record you are already working on.

Use SkySlope Forms from the Transact menu

Cloze will then show the options that apply to that specific record.

Form types
Some brokerages want you to use their own templates, while others prefer the default forms from their association. This setting decides which forms you start with.
- If Broker Templates is off, Cloze creates a new forms file with the client’s information and then lets you choose which forms to include.
- If Broker Templates is on, you are first asked which broker template to use. Then Cloze opens the forms file with those forms already included.
Note: If your brokerage wants everyone to use brokerage templates, an admin can enforce this at the team level using SkySlope Forms Broker Templates.

Forms are deeply embedded in the Cloze Experience
SkySlope Forms can appear directly inside Cloze when your browser allows third-party cookies. This usually works in browsers like Chrome and Firefox as long as the browser is not in incognito/private mode.

Information Cloze sends to SkySlope Forms
When Cloze creates a forms file, it sends key contact and property information to SkySlope Forms for you. That helps save time, reduce duplicate entries, and improve data quality by carrying information directly from the record you are already working on in Cloze. It also helps improve accuracy by reducing the need to retype details by hand.
For people
Cloze sends:
- first name
- last name
- email address
- primary phone
- primary address
For properties
Cloze sends:
- full postal address
- MLS number, if the property is on the market
How client information is added
When creating offers or listing agreements, Cloze always includes client information.
That information comes from one of two places:
- If clients are already linked to the property in Cloze, Cloze uses those clients.
- If no clients are linked yet, you are asked to enter one or more clients. This is required.
For offers, Cloze also asks for a few optional details:
- sale price
- acceptance date
- closing date
