How do I delegate access to my Cloze account?

Enable another Cloze user to access your account by switching from their own Cloze account to yours.

Add a delegate to let someone else—like an assistant or marketing coordinator—access and manage your Cloze account on your behalf. You can customize their permissions to control what they see and do, protecting your privacy while still letting them handle tasks like emails, marketing content, or database upkeep.

Requirements:

  • The account owner must have a Cloze Platinum account.
  • The delegate needs an active Cloze account (any plan, including free).
  • If the delegate will be designing and sending marketing emails on your behalf, they must also have a Cloze Platinum account. (If just sending, they need any plan).

Once added, the delegate can easily switch between their own account and the delegated one.
