How do I add a lead source to Lead Capture?

Platinum Feature: Automatic Lead Capture is available with the Cloze Business Platinum Plan. 

Cloze can automatically create leads from emails by capturing the information found in the body of the email.
  • Turns leads received by emails into contacts automatically.

Cloze captures new leads automatically and alerts you immediately

When new leads arrive in your inbox via email Cloze will alert you add extract the contact information so you can quickly follow up with the lead.

As you receive leads Cloze uses artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically extract lead information. And Cloze alerts you or team members immediately so you can quickly follow up. Every captured lead:

  • Push notification to your phone and other devices
  • It is a single tap to accept the lead and create the contact
  • Simply tap or swipe to reach out immediately
  • Enhance contacts with information from the lead email
  • The lead is classified and gets an automatic follow-up plan

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Settings 

3.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Lead Management to expand the section.

4.) Scroll down to the bottom of the Smart Suggestions section.

5.) Then enter in the email addresses that send you leads. 

For example, email notifications from JotForm web forms are sent via the email address noreply@jotform.com. To capture leads from JotForm you would enter noreply@jotform.com.

For other services simply enter the email address that sends you the leads.  

Leads from this lead source will be assigned to the Segment you set here. In this example, leads from boost@homespotter.com will be assigned to the Buyer Segment. 

Leads from this lead source will be assigned to the Lead Source you set here. In this example, leads from boost@homespotter.com will be assigned to the Lead Source "Homespotter".

Enable Lead Settings as needed.

Categorization
  • Activity Measure - enable any activity measures you have set in your account
  • Lead Origin - set the lead origin (e.g. Agent Generated or Company Generated)
Sharing Customizations
  • Skip when sharing customizations - when customizations are shared with the team, skip sharing this lead capture
Behavior
  • Auto Accept Lead - accept the lead automatically (i.e. you don't need to tap on the accept button)
  • Copy Message to Team on Accept - shares the lead capture email with the team
  • Assign Lead on Accept - assigns the lead to the appropriate team member on lead acceptance
Scripting
  • Script Lead Processing - Cloze also offers advanced scripting to automatically extracts custom information from lead email notifications you receive. Please reach out to support@cloze.com for assistance with this feature. 

Tap on the Save button to enable this new lead capture.
