How do I set up reminders for next steps?

Cloze can remind you about each Next Step. You can set both a reminder time and a custom template.

1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and then select Settings. 

Mobile: 

1. Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
2. Select Settings. 

On your computer: 

1. Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com). 
2. Select Settings. 

2.) Tap on People and Companies to expand the section and then tap on the gear icon next to each Segment to add your custom steps.  

3.) Scroll down to the Next Steps section and tap on the cog wheel next to the step you want to set up the reminder for.

4.) You can set both a reminder time and a custom template. 

• Use the slider to adjust the reminder time. In this example, you would be reminded 1 day after your "Follow-up Email" step was set. 
• Toggle on "Follow-Up Template" to enable a custom email template to use for follow-up on this reminder. Tap on Edit to edit the template.

a. Customize your email template as necessary and tap Save when you are done. Only edit between the greeting and signature.

b. Cloze supports several template types. You can change the type of Next Step template by tapping on this icon.

• Personal email
• Marketing email
• Call script
• Text message
• Campaign

When a Next Step is set, you will see the reminder and follow-up template available in the contact profile as an Action Item. Tap on the envelope icon to view the specific email you have created for this Next Step.
