How do I create a call script template?

The Cloze Library provides a centralized location to manage all types of templates in one place. You can create four types of templates: 

  1. Email templates
  2. Text templates
  3. Call scripts
  4. Snippets

Call script templates provide you with an easy-to-follow way to ensure you make all your key points on every call. When you start your call Cloze includes the call script and a place to take notes so you can capture all the details of your conversation. 

Tip: Use Next Steps and templates to ensure every lead, prospect, and client has a follow-up plan. Next Steps can have email, text, and call script templates to help you and your team speed through follow-up. 

Create a call script template from the Template Library

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Template Library

3.) Tap on the new template icon to create a new template. 

4.) Select Text Message from the menu.

5.) Create your template and then save it. 

When setting a category you can select from existing categories you have previously created or create a new category. 

6.) Save your template. 

Admins and other team members with the appropriate role permission may save templates to the team library. 
Templates can be saved as a draft in your personal library (My Library) or in your team library (admin only). Or saved and published immediately to either your personal or team library.

In this example, the call script template is tied to a Next Step. Next Steps can have email, text, and call script templates to help you and your team speed through follow-up.
