How do I send an email with property matches to a person?
Note: The Matching Engine feature is available on Business Platinum.
When matches are available, you can easily send them to the person in a formatted email that includes the details you set.
1.) When you're looking at the contact's profile:
- Tap on the envelope icon at the top (or at the bottom on mobile)
- Tap on Mail Property Matches
2.) The matching Properties are automatically included in formatted email that includes all of the details and a picture if available.
Sending your email
You can include a short note to the person to personalize your email before sending it.
a. The matched Properties can also be re-arranged by dragging the property names listed in the RE section.
b. You can remove properties by tapping on the "X".
