  • Marketing email improvements
    • Auto-archive templates: Option to add an expiration date to a template so content can be archived automatically
    • Drag and drop content from connected services: Simple, drag and drop editor for content from services like Canva, MAXA, Marq, BombBomb, and others.

  • Facilitate introductions using reference custom fields
    • Two new templates can be enabled to make introductions (e.g. introduce a loan officer to a buyer)
      • Pre-brief - The pre-brief is an email sent only to the loan officer (in this case - but could be an insurance agent, title rep, etc.) to tell them you'll introduce them but to give them more context about the person you're introducing.
      • Introduction - The introduction is an email sent to both the loan officer and the client(s) introducing them to each other.
  • Campaign improvements
    • New campaign waiting options:
      • Wait until a specific day of the month (1st through 25th)
      • Wait until near the end of the month (last and 2nd to last day of the month)
      • Wait for the 1st/2nd/3rd day of the week (e.g. first Monday of the month)
      • Wait until the last day of the week (e.g. the last Friday of the month)
    • Ask Yes/No questions in campaigns [BETA - Enterprise plan]
      • Campaigns will branch depending on how the user answers
    • Standardization of one (user) to many (e.g. holiday campaigns) and one (property) to many (e.g. Just Listed campaigns) in campaign reporting
    • Allow campaigns to validate data
      • New branching option to validate that information is provided or that contacts are fully populated - either to prompt the user to make changes, or to avoid sending emails with missing information (e.g. sending emails from just listed campaigns when there are no photos).

    • Ability to create HTML exports of templates - New option to save an email template as HTML and share the URL of the template with others.

  • New AI features [Platinum Plan] - With Cloze you can now use AI built right into Cloze's email composer to help you quickly edit emails with high-quality, human-like content saving you time and effort.
  • Width adjustment options for People, Companies, Projects/Properties, and Library - In the Display and Layout section of settings you can now adjust the width of the various app section to narrow, medium, or wide.
  • New hover actions on the People section - Quickly call or email on the web app (instead of swiping).
  • Quick access to text and call script templates - Search and use a call script or text template from the Agenda or a person's contact profile.  
  • Ability to bulk send/share projects to your team - New bulk select and send/share option. 
  • Ability to turn off/on lead capture by role - new role permission to enable or disable lead capture.
  • New Campaigns option - New option to continue a campaign automatically if the contact is opted out of the communication channel on the current step.
  • Add VoIP texts and missed calls to the Cloze Agenda - RingCentral and Dialpad texts and missed calls are now visible on the Cloze Agenda.
