Forecast
Your Forecasts are found in the Analytics section of Cloze. These reports help you plan, set realistic sales targets, and manage your pipeline more effectively.
Potential to Active Forecast: Shows how your potential leads and opportunities are expected to move into active deals, helping you gauge future business coming into your pipeline.
Active to Closed Forecast: Tracks active deals through to closing, letting you see when and how much revenue you’re likely to finalize.
When you select a Forecast you will find several sections:
- Cumulative Total - Breakdown of the cumulative dollar amount for all "Potential/Active/Pending/Closed" Properties/Projects/Deals during the current time period.
- Top Properties/Deals/Projects - Largest three Properties/Projects/Deals by dollar amount.
- Forecast Timing - Breakdown of the cumulative dollar amount for all "Potential/Active/Pending/Closed" Properties/Projects/Deals during the current time period.
- Forecast Change - Visually depicts potential Properties/Deals/Projects at the start of the period, where they are now and where they are expected to be at the end of the time period.
- Table of all potential deals - Sortable table of potential Properties/Deals/Projects for the selected time period.
On cloze.com:
1.) Tap on the Analytics tab in your Cloze account.
If you do not see the Analytics tab, tap on More (...) and then tap on Analytics.
On mobile:
1.) Tap on More (...) and then tap on Analytics.
2.) Under "My Analytics", tap on "Pipeline" to expand the options.
3.) Tap on "Forecast Active to Closed" or "Forecast - Potential to Active".
Adjust the Forecast Period
To adjust the forecast period, tap the calendar icon in the top right, then choose a time frame.
Cumulative Total
Real Estate
Breakdown of cumulative dollar amount of:
a. Closed: Dollar amount reflects properties that have progressed through the stages, from "Potential" to "Closed" during the current time period.
b. Closed + Sale Pending: The total of the dollar amount from Closed (column A) plus the dollar amount of properties in the "Sale Pending" stage.
c. Closed + Sale Pending + Planned: The total of the dollar amount from Closed + Sale Pending plus the dollar amount of properties in the "Potential" stage.

Top Properties/Deals/Projects
This section displays the highest three deals by dollar amount.
Forecast Timing
Breakdown of the cumulative dollar amount for all "Potential/Active/Pending/Closed" Properties/Projects/Deals during the current time period.
Rollover the graph to see a specific date.
Forecast Change
Visually depicts potential Properties/Projects/Deals at the start of the period, where they are now, and where they are expected to be at the end of the time period. Read this diagram from left to right to easily spot contributions and changes in your forecast.
Tap on a section in the diagram to see the specific Properties/Projects/Deals.
Table of all potential deals
Sortable table of potential or active Properties (or Deals / Projects) for the current time period.
