How do I log call notes in Cloze?

There are two ways to log a phone call and add notes:

1. Cloze will prompt you when dialing directly from Cloze
2. Manually logging a call

Please follow these instructions to log your notes from a phone conversation for both options.

1.) From the contact profile, tap on the phone icon to make your call or log if the call has already occurred. (The phone icon will be at the top on desktop and on the bottom on mobile.)

When dialing from Cloze:

1.) After you tap on the phone number, the call will placed.

1. Related To: You can add other people, properties, projects or deals here and it will link the call.
2. Duration: Set the duration of the call.
3. Add a note: Enabling this option will allow you to add a note after the call.
4. Once you complete the call, tap on Save.

2.) Once the call is complete, you will see the option to add a topic for the call. It can be added as a note, saved in Evernote or saved in OneNote (depending on what you have connected).

If you are manually logging a call

Cloze will also display a screen to allow you to log your call and add notes. 

If you are logging a call that has already occurred, you will need to add the Duration.

Once the call has been logged, if you edit the call, you can add notes.
