Smart Contact Updates

Cloze keeps your contacts up to date by analyzing email signatures in the email you receive and lets you know when the sender's contact information has changed. You can also automatically accept these contacts updates by adjusting your settings. Scroll down to see how you can enable contact updates.

Contact updates will appear on your Agenda, in emails, and on the contact's profile. 

A. You can swipe to the right to add new information to the sender's contact profile in Cloze or 
B. Tap on the notification and accept it directly on the sender's profile.

Enable Contact Update Suggestions

1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and select Settings. 

Mobile: 
  1. Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
  2. Select Settings

On your computer: 
  1. Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com). 
  2. Select Settings

2.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Smart Suggestions to expand the section.

3.) Toggle the contact updates On or Off. In the example below, Contact Update Suggestions are enabled and they will be auto accepted if there are no conflicts.
