How do I create a To Do?

You can add To Dos to contacts, companies, properties, projects, and deals to keep track of all the one-off things you need to get done that don't fit into your next steps. 

In this article:

Create a To Do through the Compose Icon (gives you more control over details, date, time, topics)

Create a Quick To Do

Compose Icon

1.) In your Cloze account, tap on the compose icon in the upper-right and then tap on Add To Do.

2.) Enter your topic and the related People, Company or Project. Tap on Save when you are done to add the To Do. 

  1. Topic: Add a topic
  2. Related People: Search for related People, Projects, Deals, or Properties
  3. Date: Set a date for the reminder (If you don't want to set a date, you can select Someday)
  4. Time: Set a time to be reminded
  5. Type: Select the type of To Do
  6. Assign To: Tap on a team member's name to assign the To Do
  7. Tap on Save when you are done

3.) Tap on Save.


Quick To Do

1.) Along the top of a Person, Company, Property, Project or Deal, tap on the Checkmark icon to create a Quick To Do.

2.) Enter in your To Do and then tap on the checkmark icon to save the To Do.

3.) Your To Do will be added under To Do for the contact.
