How do I create a To Do?

You can add To Dos to contacts, companies, and projects to keep track of all the one-off things you need to get done that don't fit into your next steps. 

1.) Tap on the Compose icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

2.) Then tap on Add To Do.

3.) Enter your topic and the related People, Company or Project. Tap on Save when you are done to add the To Do. 

Tip: On cloze.com and tablet, If you have a Person, Company, Email or Project selected when you create a To Do, Cloze will automatically include the Person, Company, Email or Project as related. Please see below for instructions on how to create a To Do directly from a contact profile on iPhone or Android phone.

  1. Add a topic
  2. Search for related People, Projects, Deals, or Properties
  3. Set a date for the reminder (If you don't want to set a date, you can select Someday)
  4. Set a time to be reminded
  5. Select the type of To Do
  6. If you're part of a team, you can assign the To Do to a team member
  7. Tap on Save when you are done

Note: You can also create a To Do from the contact profile on an iPhone or Android phone.
