How do I Mute or Unmute a contact?

You can turn off Keep In Touch Reminders by muting a contact. Once a contact is muted it removes the person from automatic keep-in-touch reminders (you will no longer be prompted on the Agenda screen to reach out).

Scroll to the bottom for instructions on how to unmute a contact.

To turn off Keep in Touch for a person or company tap on the More icon. Once turned off, you will no longer receive automatic keep-in-touch reminders for this contact. 

Tablet and web (www.cloze.com)

1. Tap on the More icon.

2. Select "Turn off Keep in Touch".

Next to the word Relationship, you will see a speaker icon with an X which indicates that Keep in Touch Reminders have been turned off. 

iPhone and Android phone

1. Tap on the More ( ... ) icon.

2. Tap on Turn off Keep in Touch.

3. Under the About tab, you will see the speaker icon with an X next to Relationship which indicates that Keep in Touch Reminders are turned off. 

Unmute a Contact

1. Tap on the More Options icon.
2. Tap on Turn on Keep in Touch.
