How do I mute or unmute a contact?
You can turn off Keep In Touch Reminders by muting a contact. Once a contact is muted, it removes the person from automatic keep-in-touch reminders. You will no longer be prompted on the Agenda screen to reach out.
Scroll to the bottom for instructions on how to unmute a contact.
Tip: Looking for your contacts that have been muted? In the search bar in the My People section, search for muted:true. This will display all of your muted contacts. Tablet and web (www.cloze.com)
On cloze.com:
1.) When viewing a contact, tap on More Actions beneath their name.
2.) Select Turn off Keep in Touch.
Next to the word Relationship, you will see a speaker icon with an "x" which indicates that Keep in Touch Reminders have been turned off.
Cloze mobile app:
1.) Tap on the More icon beneath their name.
2.) Tap Turn off Keep in Touch.

1.) Tap on More Actions.
2.) Tap on Turn on Keep in Touch.
