How do I add a Stage or Segment to multiple contacts at once?


1.) On the People tab:

  1. Tap the checkmark next to each contact you want to add a Stage and/or Segment to.
  2. Tap on Bulk Change at the top.
Select the contacts and then tap on Bulk Change.
Select the contacts and then tap on Bulk Change.

2.) In the Bulk Change menu:

  1. Tap the dropdown menus next to the Stage, Segment, Next Step, etc and make a selection.
  2. Tap on Save to save your changes.
Make your selections and then tap on Save.

3.) Confirm your changes.
