Where will I see my email open notifications?

You will see email open notifications in several places within Cloze when a recipient opens your email or clicks on any link included in the body of your email.

  • Immediate Notification - You'll receive an immediate push notification on your mobile device or in the web browser when a recipient opens your email or clicks on a link.
  • Agenda - On the Agenda in the Today and Follow-up section you'll see a summary of your email open and link click notifications.
  • At the bottom of the email message - a history of open and link click notifications is also included at the bottom of the original message.

Please see below for an overview where you will see your email open notifications.

On the Agenda

Your most recent open and link click notifications that have happened today will appear in the Today section of the Agenda under the heading "Opened Mail".

The Agenda is dynamic so a new email open notification will result in the Opened Mail section moving to the top position in your Agenda. If something else on your Agenda is due in the near future you may need to scroll down to the Open Mailed section.

Notifications from previous days will appear in the Follow Up section of the Agenda.

On your phone as a push notification

Cloze will send you a push notification when you email is opened or a link in the body of the email is clicked.

At the bottom of your sent email

You can tap on your sent message and scroll to the bottom to see a block called Open Tracking with a complete history of notifications.

In the Sent section of Cloze

You can tap on More and select Sent to see your sent emails. The double check mark indicates the message has been opened or a link clicked at least once. The green number indicates the number of times the email has been opened or a link clicked.

Silencing Notifications

You can silence notifications for new opens and link clicks by opening the notification on the agenda, scrolling down to the Open Tracking section, and tapping on the icon.
