How do I email everyone in a Property, Project, or Deal?

Emailing your customers and clients involved in a Property, Project, or Deal is easy.

When you tap on the email icon, it will include all of the people in the Buyers / Sellers, Customer or Client section of the Property (Project or Deal).

1.) Tap on the Property (Project or Deal) and then tap on the email icon in the upper right of the screen. You can see there are Buyers / Sellers listed.

2.) Tap on "To Buyers / Sellers".

3.) This will automatically include all of the people included in the Buyers / Sellers (or Customer, Client, etc.) section of the Property (Project or Deal). It will also contain the name of the Property, Project or Deal in the Re line.

You can then compose your email, add or remove people from the email and send it when you are ready.

MOBILE

1.) While viewing the Property (Project or Deal), tap on the email icon along the bottom of the screen. Tap on "To Buyers / Sellers".

When viewing the Property, tap on the envelope icon and then tap on To Buyers / Sellers

2.) This will automatically include all people involved in the Property (Project or Deal). You can then compose your email, add or remove people from the email and send it when you are ready.
