How do I mark an interaction as private?
You can mark any timeline interaction (email, call, meeting, note etc..) as private.
When looking at a message in your inbox, or viewing a thread from a your or a contact's timeline, tap on the lock icon.
a. Message can be shared.
b. Message is private and will not be shared with other collaborators.
c. Message can be seen but the content is redacted/hidden.
When viewing a contact's timeline or your own timeline, if you want to mark a message, call, etc as private:
- Tap to expand the message and then tap on the three dots to the right.
- Tap on Message Privacy and select the setting you would like.
