How do I assign a person to a member of my organization?
When you setup your Cloze Business account you can invite other members of your organization to join. Both companies and people can be assigned to other members of your organization.
To assign a person or company tap on the More icon, select "Assign" from the menu and then select the person to which you wish to assign the contact.
The timeline will be updated with the assignment change and the team member will receive an alert on their agenda.
In the Cloze Mobile app, tap on a contact and then tap on the three dots in the bottom right.
Tap on Assign.
Then select the team member you wish to assign the contact to.
The Assigned member of your organization will receive an Alert that the person was assign to them as well.
