How do I enable my team members to take ownership of unassigned contacts?

If you are an Cloze Business Administrator you can enable various options for your Team Members including the ability for team members to take ownership of unassigned contacts. 
 
With this option enabled members of your team are able to assign unassigned contacts to themselves (without a Manager or Admin assigning them). This can be helpful if team members are responsible for finding their own leads and you would like their timeline activity (calls, meetings, notes etc..) to be shared back to you and the team
 
If a contact is already assigned, a Manager will need to re-assign it. All assignments and re-assignments are logged in the timeline view of the contact. To enable any of this options please follow the instructions below. 
 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower left on cloze.com or lower right on mobile (iOS or Android).

 

 

2.) Tap on Settings

 

3.) Scroll down to the Cloze Business section and tap on Billing and Settings to expand the section. 


Then tap on the Edit button next to Settings and Access Control and then toggle on "Take ownership of unassigned contacts".
