How do I automatically accept contact updates?

Cloze will automatically display contact updates on the Agenda. Cloze analyzes email signatures in mail you receive and lets you know when the sender's contact information has changed or we find new contact information.  

You can swipe to the right to add the new information to the sender's contact profile in Cloze or tap on the notification and accept it directly on the sender's profile.

You can also automatically accept these contacts updates by adjusting your settings. 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

 

2.) Tap on Settings

 




3.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Smart Suggestions to expand the section. In the Contact Updates section enable "Auto accept if there are no conflicts".

If Cloze finds that new the contact information may cause an unexpected merge with another contact the contact update will appear on the Agenda. All other updates will accept automatically.
