Getting started packages

Our Getting Started packages are designed to make the transition to Cloze quick and straightforward.  We offer three premium packages to cover a range of needs and complexity.  Please reach out to us at support@cloze.com if you have any questions or would like more details on these packages.

Cloze Onboarding Resources (Included free)

Our self-service onboarding is designed to help individuals and small teams get set up and use Cloze at your own pace. 

  • Daily Webinars - Live Webinars with Q&A are available nearly every day. Learn more about Webinars
  • Office Hours are held weekly - These are open sessions to ask a Cloze expert any questions you may have about Cloze. There is not a prepared presentation, these sessions are all Q&A style.  Register here.
  • Help Center - Our self-service knowledge base where you can learn all about getting started, using Cloze, our integrations, and more.  Help center.
  • Support 
    • Email support is available 7 days a week:  Email us at support@cloze.com
    • Chat support is available 9 am - 6 pm ET Monday - Friday. Tap the conversation bubble in the lower right corner of the help center to start a chat.

Basic Getting Started ($500)

Our basic getting started package is ideal for individuals or small teams that need assistance with configuring Cloze. This package includes a meeting to discuss how you currently manage your contacts and coaching on how to structure your information (Contacts and Projects / Deals) in Cloze as well as assistance implementing the structure.

  • All free onboarding resources.
  • One 60 minute onboarding call with a Cloze Tech Specialist.
  • Personalized configuration consultation. We will discuss how you work with your clients and projects/deals and help ensure we configure Cloze to work for you.
  • Configuration Implementation.  We will implement the configuration we discuss in the consultation.
  • Standard email support.

Advanced Getting Started ($1,500)

Our advanced getting started package is designed for individuals coming from other CRMs who need help with importing data and for small to medium size teams that need help to configure and implement Cloze. We will work with you to set up sharing and roles for team members and ensure your data is migrated (imported into Cloze via a CSV or spreadsheet). We will also hold a private training session to make sure you and your team know how to use Cloze.

  • All free onboarding resources.
  • Two 60 minute onboarding calls with a Cloze Product Specialist.
  • Personalized configuration consultation. We will discuss how you work with your clients and projects/deals and help ensure we configure Cloze to work for you.
  • Configuration Implementation. We will implement the configuration we discuss in the consultation.
  • One dedicated training webinar.
  • Priority email support for your first month.
  • Import assistance with formatting CSV and excel files (not to exceed 2 hrs)*.
  • Campaign and Marketing Email Assistance for building your first two campaigns or marketing email templates.

Enterprise Getting Started Package (Contact us for pricing)

For large teams with complex configurations and ongoing concierge-style support and training needs.

  • All free onboarding resources.
  • Dedicated Customer Success Manager.
  • Two 60 minute onboarding calls with a Cloze Tech Specialist in the initial month.
  • Personalized configuration consultation. We will discuss how you work with your clients and projects/deals and help ensure we configure Cloze to work for you.
  • Configuration Implementation.  We will implement the configuration we discuss in the consultation.
  • One dedicated training webinar per month.
  • Two Office Hours Sessions every month.
  • VIP email support for the term of engagement.
  • Import assistance with formatting CSV and Excel files (not to exceed 4 hrs)*.
  • Campaign and Marketing Email Assistance for building your first two campaigns or marketing email templates.
  • Integration assistance (including Zapier / API assistance).

Ongoing Concierge Service - Personalized training and support to keep your business growing ($500 / month)

Concierge Service provides a hands-on approach with dedicated phone-based training and assistance in configuring your account. We can also assist with any data imports you may have from other systems (like a spreadsheet that has been exported out of another system). 

Our Concierge Service includes:

  • Priority Email Support
  • Customer Success Manager.
  • Data Import Assistance (not to exceed 2 hrs)*.
  • Campaign assistance with one campaign per month.
  • Integration Assistance.
  • Two Training or Support phone (Zoom) sessions per team per month (not to exceed 45-minutes per session).
