Send an Alert - Campaign “Take Action” settings
The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
Each type of Campaign step will have its own settings. For example, a step to automatically send an email will have different settings than a set to automatically send an email.
Below you will find the "Take Action" campaigns settings for Send an Alert:

Tap on the + icon and select Take Action.

Set the text for the notification alert. For example, you might send an alert to notify a manager or when a Campaign has completed.
Send to someone else
By including Tags Cloze can notify specific Team Members that have the same matching Tag in their profile. For example, if the Alert notification includes the Tag "#marketing-team" and the Marketing team members on Cloze also have the same #marketing-team tag applied to their profile in Cloze, the alert will be sent to the closest team member that has the #marketing-team Tag.
