Branch by Segment - Campaign “Decisions” settings

The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan. 

There are several types of decision options that can be automated with a Campaign. For example, a Campaign could branch based on a lead source and provide different content for each decision branch.

Below you will find the "Decisions" campaigns settings for Branch by Segment:

Example Campaign: Branch by Segment

In this example, the Campaign can branch by one of three Segments:

  1. Buyers
  2. Sellers
  3. Renters

Branching is a decision to go down only one of the different branches. The first branch to match gets its steps run – others are skipped. The Campaign then proceeds to complete all of the steps in the branch. In this example, if the person is set to the Seller Segment, the Campaign matches on the Seller branch (1.2 below) and completes all steps (1.2.1 - 1.2.9)  in this branch.

Tap on the + icon and select branch by Segment.

Pick Segment

Branches

Tap on the dropdown menu and select each Segment by which you wish to branch. Tap on OK when you are done making your selection.
