Branch by Contact Information - Campaign “Decisions” settings

The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan

There are several types of decision options that can be automated with a Campaign. For example, a Campaign could branch based on a lead source and provide different content for each decision branch.

Below you will find the "Decisions" campaigns settings for; Branch by Contact Information:

  • Contact Information
  • Contact Tags

Example Campaign: Branch by Contact Information

In this example, the Campaign is branching based on what contact information is available for a specific contact. If the contact record has a mobile number, the best mode of communication might be to automatically text them, instead of emailing them. 

What this campaign does:

  • GOAL: Follow-up with the client over the best channel possible
  • If you have their mobile number, text them (campaign step 1.1.1)
  • Otherwise, email them (campaign step 1.2.1)
  • If neither criteria are met, create a To-Do on the Agenda to send a postcard (campaign step 1.3.1)

Branch by Contact Information Campaign "Decisions" Settings.

Tap on the + icon and select  Branch by Contact Information.

Tap on the dropdown menu and select the contact information by which you wish to branch. Tap on OK when you are done making your selection. 

Contact Tags

For companies and properties/projects/deals the Campaign can also look at employees or clients / buyers / sellers (or other contacts) with the added tags.
