What is a template placeholder?

The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan. 

If you have not yet created a template, you can use a placeholder instead. You can then return to the placeholder template in the Cloze Library to add your content at a later time. This is helpful when you are sketching out a campaign, but haven't yet created all of the content. 

You can create placeholder templates for:

  • Personal Email
  • Marketing Email
  • Text Messages
  • Call Scripts

Below are two examples of steps where you can create placeholder templates.

Edit a Template Placeholder

After saving your campaign, you can search for the placeholder template in the template library and then tap on Edit.

When viewing the campaign, you can also tap on the placeholder template (or any associated templates) and then tap on Edit when it opens.
