What is a template placeholder?
The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
When you are building your campaign, if you choose to send an email, a text, and make a call, you will need to select the template that will be used. If you have not yet created a template, you can use a placeholder, which you can then add content to at a later time. This is helpful for when you are sketching out a campaign, but haven't yet created all of the content.
You can create placeholder templates for:
- Personal Email
- Marketing Email
- Text Messages
- Call Scripts
1.) After adding your campaign step, tap on the step to select it, and then tap on the Template option in the right side menu. (In this example, we are showing an Email Template).

2.) Tap on New Email and then select a placeholder option.

3.) After selecting the placeholder option:
- Name your template.
- Tap on Create.

You'll see that the step changes slightly to reflect the email template that is being sent.

Edit a Template Placeholder
After saving your campaign, any templates being used in your campaign will appear below the campaign itself.
1.) Tap on the template to open it.

2.) Tap on Edit (or the pencil icon) when it opens.

3.) Add your content and then tap on Save.
