How do I pause a campaign?
The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
In the event of a major external event, you can pause all running campaigns to give you time to decide which ones should be stopped and which should continue running. You can also pause a campaign for one person.
Or if you are simply going on vacation and want to pause your campaigns while you are away you can also use the pause option and then toggle it off when you return.
Pause a Campaign
1.) Tap on a contact. Under Active Campaigns on the right side, tap on the campaign you want pause.
2.) Tap on Pause.
3.) Once you are ready for the campaign to continue, make sure you return and tap on Resume Campaign.
Pause All Campaigns
1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and then select Settings.
Mobile:
- Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
- Select Settings.
On your computer:
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Settings.
2.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Campaigns to expand the section.
3.) In the Global Pause section toggle on "Pause all campaigns".
4.) Once you are ready for all campaigns to continue, return and toggle off Pause all campaigns.
