How do I use Cloze AI to create several email alternatives?

Using Cloze AI you can create several email content options in a single template. When sending, Cloze will then automatically pick one of the options. This is especially helpful when you want to ensure your communications feel more authentic by using a more diverse set of emails.

Instead of writing several alternatives, Cloze AI will do it for you.

Each time this template is used, it will randomly select the original email or one of the alternatives.

1.) Navigate to the Cloze Library

Depending on your customizations the Library may be accessible through the More menu or you will see it directly along the left side of the screen (or along the bottom of the screen on a tablet).

2.) Create a new template or edit an existing template.

Or search and find an existing template to edit:

In this example, we are searching for a template called "Get to Know".

Tap on Edit.

3.) Tap on the + icon and then select Smart Edit.

4.) Select Originality.

The AI will then generate the alternatives for you.

You can edit each alternative as needed to make refinements.

Use this AI feature to make your drip Campaigns feel more authentic and unique for each recipient.

In the example below the campaign will drip out three different email templates. Two of these templates in this drip sequence use AI-generated alternatives to keep the content fresh and unique.

Email templates used in this example campaign:

Email 1:

Hi NameWillBeInsertedHere,

I’m a real estate agent with Tully Realty. I just wanted to reach out and introduce myself.

Is there anything I can do for you?

I’ve been helping folks out in our community with all their real estate needs for many years. Whether you are buying or selling or just have questions about the market I’m here to help.

If I can be of any assistance (or you know someone that needs some help), I’d love to chat.

Feel free to reply to this email, or call/text me at 212-555-2323.

Best, Lou

Email 2:

When the second email in this drip campaign triggers it will select randomly from one five template options.

Original email:

I’m circling back again to introduce myself and see if there is anything I can help you with.

I’m an expert not just in buying and selling homes, but also I provide a variety of services including home valuations, updates on the housing market, relocations, professional referrals – anything related to real estate I have you covered.

I would love a chance to meetup for a cup of coffee (on me, of course!) to meet and get to know you.

When are you free in the next week or two?

Alternative email 1:

I'm getting in touch one more time to offer my assistance. I specialize in buying, selling, and renting properties, and I can also provide valuations, market updates, relocation info, and referrals to industry professionals. I'd love to meet up with you for coffee to get to know each other better. Would you be available in the next week or two? I'll even treat!
