How do I adjust the time scale on a report?

Tap on the calendar icon to adjust the Time Scale (e.g. this Week, This Month, This Quarter, Last Month, Last Year, etc..). 

Scroll down further to select a specific day, week, month, quarter, or year. 

In this example, the year is selected.
