Share Templates by Exporting and Importing
If you are unable to share templates due to team settings, you can export a template and share with a colleague who can then import the template into their own library.
- Navigate to the Template Library
- Tap on the checkmark next to the template you want to export.
- Tap on the large checkmark that appears at the bottom to open the Bulk Actions menu.

- Tap on Export and then choose an option:
- Selected Templates - This will export only the template.
- Custom Dependencies - This will export the template and any custom building blocks like footers or personal signatures.
- All Dependencies - This will export the template, any custom building blocks like footers or personal signatures, and any template settings.
If you choose to export dependencies, it will overwrite your own settings when importing.

- After you tap on an option to export, your file will download.
Import Your Template
