How do I add a social media building block?

It is common to include social media links in an email template. By creating a social building block you can save time and reuse the block each time you build a new template.

There are three options to set:

Links - Set the default social media webpage URL for Facebook, LinkedIn, X(Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp, calendar, email, and phone.
Size and Style - Set the default image style, size, and alignment.
Spacing - Set the default spacing on the top, bottom, and between social button blocks.

Tips:

Use the sender's own social media and contact information: For each social media button, you can set a default webpage URL or enter in "me" and Cloze will use the template user's social media links and contact information found in their Cloze profile.
Use your company's social media and contact information: With this option, you can paste in the URL of each social media service and it will be used.

1.) Navigate the Library and tap on the new template (+) icon.

Navigate to the Libary.
Tap on the new template (+) icon.

2.) Select Marketing Email.

3.) Select the Blank Marketing Mail template option.

4.) Name your building block.

Enter the name of your building block.
Set the category
Add tags (optional)

5.) Select Template and set the intended use.

On the right side of the screen tap on Template

Set the Intended Use to Building Block.

The intended use of this template is now set to Building Block.

6.) Add a section.

Tap Section
Select the layout. In this example. Full Width is selected.

7.) In the section, tap on the + and add Contact Info.

Tap on the + icon.
Select Contact Info.

8.) Add Links.

Enter "Me" to use the sender's own social media and contact information.
