How do I filter by date range?

Below are several examples of date range filtering to explore. You can filter a date field by:

  • Whether the date field is at all or not
  • Specific date
  • In range (from a start date to an end date)
  • In a period of time relative to today (e.g. in the next three weeks or in the last two days)

Lease Expiration in the next three months

The filter example in the video below shows how to find people with a date field matching a date coming up in the next three months. This type of filter can be applied to any type of date field (Purchase Anniversary, Real Estate Review, Birthday, Hire Date, etc.).

Once the filter is applied you could select all of the people and send a mail merge to engage them about their upcoming lease expiration.

Find contacts that do NOT have a date field set.

In this example, we're showing how you can find the Closed Buyers that do not have a Real Estate Review date field set. The same type of filter can be used for any time of date field.

This type of filter is especially helpful if you are looking for date fields that need to be completed.

First Met in 2018

In the example, the people section is filtered to show people who were first met in 2018 (in a range between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2018).

This type of filter is helpful if you are trying to remember the people you met in a specific time period. You can filter for a specific year like in the example below or a much tighter range like the last week.

Warm Buyers that have engaged in the last week

In this example, we're filtering for Warm Buyers that have engaged (they replied or otherwise reached out) in the last seven days. This filter is helpful if you are trying to follow up or simply see the leads that have engaged with you in the last week.

Birthdays in the next three weeks

In the example below, the people section is filtered to show people with birthdays in the next three weeks.

Birthdays in a specific Month
