How do I edit a template attached to a Next Step?

You can edit your Next Step Follow-up templates directly in Settings. For each step, you can set a reminder time and a custom template. 

1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and select Settings. 

Mobile: 

1. Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
2. Select Settings. 

On your computer: 

1. Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com). 
2. Select Settings. 

2.) Under Customizations, tap on People and Companies to expand the section and then tap on the gear icon next to each Segment to edit the Next Step template.   

3.) Tap on the gear next to the Step you wish to edit. 

4.) Toggle ON the Follow-up Template option.

5.) Tap on the Edit button to make changes. 

6.) Customize your template as necessary, editing between the greeting and signature. You can always change the type of template by tapping on the icon below the Review button.

7.) Tap on Review and select the appropriate library to save this template to.
