Zoom AI Meeting Summaries in Timelines

When you receive a Zoom AI meeting summary, and if there is a related meeting in your calendar, Cloze automatically sets the "Re" on the meeting summary to match the attendees of the meeting. This makes the summary appear in timelines of the attendees and allows it to be shared by shared timelines.

Exceptions/Limitations:

• There needs to be a meeting in your calendar that relates to the Zoom meeting so Cloze can find the attendees. The Zoom summary only refers to attendees by their first names; it does not list the names.
• That calendar needs to be visible in your Cloze account at the time the meeting summary is received.
• The meeting itself needs to have already been synced into your Cloze account at the time the meeting summary is received.
• Only attendees that you have contacts for are added to the "Re" of the summary.
• If there are both coworkers and external attendees, it's only linked to the external attendees.
• If there are more than 10 total attendees we don't set the "Re".
• If there are only coworkers attending or if there are more than 3 attendees we don't set the "Re".

In the screenshot below, the Liz Connor was an attendee of the IncFire Consulting / GB Labs Partnership meeting. When the Zoom Summary was received, she was added to the Re: line and the summary appeared on her timeline as well.
