How do I trigger a campaign using an anniversary date?

Note: Before adding a trigger to a campaign, create your campaign first.


1.) Navigate to the Template Library. 

Please note you may see the Library on the left-hand screen navigation. If not follow the instructions below to access the More menu and then select the Template Library.

  1. Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com). 
  2. Select Template Library. 

2.) Select your campaign and then tap on the chain link icon.

3.) Tap on Custom Field Anniversary.


4.) Toggle ON a custom field date and then select when you want the campaign to start. Then tap on Save.
