How do I trigger a campaign using an anniversary date?
Note: The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
1.) Navigate to the Template Library.
Tap on the Library section on the left side of Cloze.
If you don't see the Library section on the left side:
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Template Library.
2.) Tap on your campaign to select it.
3.) Tap on "Add a Trigger".
4.) Tap on "Anniversary Date Occurs".
5.) Scroll down to the date field you want to use as a trigger.
- Tap the toggle to enable this trigger.
- Choose when you want the campaign to start based on the date entered in the field in Cloze. By default, the campaign will begin on the date you set.
6.) Tap on "Save" and then "Done".
7.) You will now see the trigger for this campaign has been set for "On the "Purchase Anniversary" date.
8.) If you need to adjust the timeframe of the trigger or remove the trigger, tap on the toggle next to the trigger.
