Capturing Lead Information: Filling Out the Buyer Profile

When you have a new lead who’s interested in buying, the next step is to set them as a Warm Buyer (if they aren't already) in Cloze. This tells Cloze where they are in their journey and helps you focus your efforts on serious opportunities.

Once they’re set as a Warm Buyer, the next step is to begin filling in their Buyer Profile. The Buyer Profile is a section of custom fields where you can capture details about the buyer (see the example below). Simply tap on a field to fill it in. You can use these details to send matching properties to the Buyer.
